Executive Analytics Intelligence

An AI-powered decision workspace that pulls Finance, Product, Marketing, Customer, Support, and Social Media into one executive view — then writes the briefing that explains what changed and why it matters.

01 — The problem

Six dashboards, no story.

Executive teams usually review Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer, Support, and Social in six separate places. Each report is accurate on its own terms and none of them connects the business story.

The cost isn't reporting effort — it's time. By the time someone has stitched the picture together manually, the window to act on it has narrowed.

02 — Approach

Consolidate, then narrate.

01
Unified KPI dashboard

Finance, product, marketing, customer, support, and social metrics in a single executive view built on one shared data model.

02
AI executive briefings

Generative AI turns the metric movements into a short written summary: what changed, what's at risk, what to do next.

03
Interactive trend analysis

Time-series exploration so a leader can move from "the number moved" to "here is when and where it moved."

04
Flexible data upload

Excel or CSV drop-in, so new reporting periods and new business lines don't require touching the application.

03 — What it changes

From reading dashboards to making calls.

One connected view

Six functions in a single narrative instead of six tabs and a manual synthesis.

AI decision support

KPI changes, risks, opportunities, and recommended next actions summarized automatically.

Less manual reporting

Recurring executive prep collapses, leaving more time for the decision itself.

A repeatable format

The same briefing structure every cycle, so leaders know where to look.

04 — What I'd carry forward

The dashboard was never the deliverable. The briefing was.

Building this clarified something I now apply to real executive reporting: leaders don't need more visibility, they need a defensible interpretation. The AI layer is only useful because the underlying KPI model is consistent enough to reason over.
